Dilemma in life

How many times have you faced dilemma?Countless times probably but have you wondered why this happens?
what actually is dilemma?According to wikipedia
A dilemma ("double proposition") is a problem offering at least two solutions or possibilities, of which none are practically acceptable; one in this position has been traditionally described as , neither horn being comfortable.

The dilemma is sometimes used as a rhetorical device, in the form "you must accept either A, or B"; here A and B would be propositions each leading to some further conclusion. Applied in this way, it may be a fallacy, a false dichotomy.

The first step to having an insight is the identification of some kind of problem to be solved. When we first become aware of a dilemma, our face looks a little unhappy, perplexed. Our eyes might be squinting slightly, we recognize we have a problem and we feel stuck. We haven’t yet thought hard enough about the problem, but we definitely know there is an issue to resolve here.

I am also standing at such a point in life being jobless and aimless I virtually don't know what to do with my life. The spark has been lost due to constant rejection.

why is past always golden?

Till this date I find it hard to forget past events, the reason is they always seem golden to me.We all have seen good times in past and probably bad times also but we start missing those times because time flew out of our hands and we were not able to hold on to the moment.WE wish that we could change the past and eventually lose out on the present.

I have had pretty good times during my schooling and during the graduation. But I don't want to change even a small thing because it is perfect to withhold in my memory.
